Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to appoint Mr. Owen G. Brophy to the permanent position of Superintendent of Prisons, effective November 29, 2014, at HL-30, Step 25 with general salary increases to apply and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment.
