Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 600 square metres of Crown land, situated at St. Alban’s, in the electoral district of Fortune Bay-Cape la Hune, as shown in Annex 1 and 2 of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Newfoundland Aqua Services Ltd., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
