Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 2,281m² of Crown Land situated at The Tickle, Connaigre Bay, in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay – Cape La Hune, to Connaigre Fish Farms Inc. for the purpose of a landing and storage area for aquaculture related purposes, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such Licences to Occupy and subject to the additional terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
