Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $2.7 million against the Department’s 2004-2005 appropriations to complete the two storey extension to the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor for a new cancer clinic.
