Under the authority of section 56 of the Expropriation Act and in accordance with section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the administration and control of a parcel of land covered by water in St. Mary’s, St. Mary’s Bay, more particularly described in Appendix “A” attached to the Minister’s Submission, to Her Majesty in Right of Canada, as represented by the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, for the use of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, by way of the Department of Government Services and Lands, subject to the usual terms and conditions for such transfers.
