Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, and sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to effect the restructuring of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, to consist of all functions currently within the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, with three branches, each to be headed by an Assistant Deputy Minister, as follows:

i) Tourism and Recreation;

ii) Cultural Heritage; and,

iii) Parks, Natural Areas and Wildlife.
