Under the authority of section 24 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Act, section 16 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Arbitration Panel, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date:

a) Stacy MacDonald, Chairperson

b) Kenneth LeDrew, Vice Chairperson

c) Erin Best;

d) Ian Brenton;

e) Jacqueline Compton-Hobbs;

f) Christopher Forbes;

g) Gregory French;

h) Woodrow French;

i) William Bertram Pomeroy; and

j) Mark Peddle.
