Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Government Services and Lands to pre-commit $1,525,000 annually in the 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07 fiscal years to replace the Registry of Deeds and Companies computer systems.
