Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the issuance of a Grant for an area not exceeding 2,000 square metres of Crown Land, situated at Cashel Cove, Mortier Bay, in the Electoral District of Burin-Placentia West, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Kiewit Offshore Services, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Grants.
