Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the issuance of a Licence to Occupy an area of land not exceeding 253 square meters situated at Byrne’s Pond, in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission, to Calvin Swift, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such Licences to Occupy.
