Under the authority of section 8 of “An Act To Amend the Highway Traffic Act", S.N.L. 2002, c. 11, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on August 1, 2003.
