Under the authority of section 186 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Vehicle Seizure and Impoundment Regulations”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, effective August 1, 2003.
