Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Finance to pre-commit funding of up to $3,623,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2013-14 to facilitate the award of the contract to Deloitte Inc.
