Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Eastern Regional Health Authority to enter into a lease agreement with Taylor’s Ltd. for the leasing of 12,834 square feet of office/clinic space at the Taylor Building in Harbour Grace at a rate of $20 per square foot, plus HST, for a four-year period ending March 31, 2016.
