Under the authority of section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Occupational Health and Safety Council:

Appointments

i) Dennis Hogan as Chairperson, effective from a current date, for a three year term.

ii) Bob Pike as Management Representative, effective from a current date, for a three year term.

iii) Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective from a current date.

iv) Chief Executive Officer, Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective from a current date.

Reappointment

v) Cynthia Burke as Labour Representative, effective February 2, 2003, for a three year term.
