Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 14 of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Conflict of Interest Advisory Committee, effective from a current date:

i) Alphonsus E. Faour - representative of the Public Service Commission;

ii) Chris Curran - representative of the Department of Justice;

iii) Les Dean - Newfoundland Labrador Housing Corporation;

iv) Barbara Wakeham - Deputy Minister, Government Services and Lands; and,

v) Brenda Caul - Assistant Secretary, Treasury Board Secretariat.
