Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit $300,000 against the Department’s 2004-2005 appropriations and $400,000 annually against the Department’s 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 appropriations to match the federal Green Power Procurement for part of the Wind Power Demonstration Project’s production, with the Departments of Mines and Energy and Works, Services and Transportation to provide a report to Treasury Board thereafter.
