Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to pre-commit $1,170,000 million against the Department’s 2004-2005 appropriations to facilitate the design and construction of the Supreme Court facility in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
