Further to the direction provided in OC2002-323 and under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sandra Barnes as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet - Economic Policy, effective July 25, 2003, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
