Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services to enter into an agreement with the Pharmacists’ Association of Newfoundland and Labrador to agree to indemnify pharmacists, as per correspondence attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
