Under the authority of section 9 of the Electoral Boundaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the remuneration of members of the Electoral Boundaries Commission at rates equivalent to Level II under the Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
