Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Cluney Mercer as Executive Director (Roads) in the Department of Works, Services and Transportation, effective July 28, 2003, at his current salary.
