Under the authority of section 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a lease for an area of Crown land not exceeding 7,440 square metres, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, situated at Winter Tickle in the Electoral District of Exploits, to B & B Forest Products Limited, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases.
