Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence for an area of Crown land not exceeding 477 square metres, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, situated at Happy Adventure in the Electoral District of Terra Nova, to Geoffrey Moss and Eugene Moss, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences.
