Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situated at 1 Carpasian Road, St. John’s, as described in Schedule A of the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to St. John’s Lodge #245 of the Elks of Canada Inc., subject to the provision of an Indemnification by St. John’s Lodge #245 of the Elks of Canada Inc.
