Under the authority of section 33 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue a Surface Lease to Voisey’s Bay Nickel Company Limited, substantially along the lines of terms and conditions set out in the Surface Lease on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
