Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and the Minister of Environment to enter into the “Canada-Wide Standard for Dioxins and Furans: Steel Manufacturing Arc Furnaces”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
