Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, is pleased to appoint Yvonne Jones to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, with effect from February 17, 2003.
