Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Andrew Noseworthy as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective February 24, 2003, at his current salary and point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
