Under the authority of section 14 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to borrow up to $4,000,000 related to the Province’s share of program costs related to the  “CMHC - Newfoundland and Labrador Affordable Housing Program Agreement” over the 2003-04 to 2006-07 fiscal years, with any additional funding to be subject to the prior approval of Treasury Board.
