Under the authority of section 6(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby appoints Paul Dicks, Q.C., as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective from August 15, 2003 for a thirty-six month period.
