Under the authority of section 5(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby appoints Danny Dumaresque as a member of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective from August 15, 2003 for a thirty-six month period.
