Under the authority of section 28(3)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the creation of a new Activity of Expenditure 2.3.05 - Electoral Districts Boundaries Commission within the vote of the Department of Justice for the purpose of providing funding for the establishment of the Newfoundland and Labrador Electoral Districts Boundaries Commission.
