Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit $4,461,272 plus the Consumer Price Index against the Department’s appropriations for fiscal years 2004-05 to 2007-08 for the continued operation of the St. Barbe - Blanc Sablon Ferry Service.
