Under the authority of section 8(1)(c) of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby gives approval for the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Board to authorize the Environmental Impact Statement for Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway as an approved project and to increase the budget by $850,000, for a total budget of $1,850,000.
