Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tim Murphy as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, effective February 24, 2003, at his current salary and point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
