Under the authority of section 56 of the Expropriation Act and in accordance with section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Baited Trawl Holding Facility at Burgeo to the Burgeo Fishermen’s Committee Incorporated for the nominal sum of $1.00, with the terms of the conveyance to be subject to such other terms and conditions as either the Ministers of Fisheries and Aquaculture or Justice may require.
