Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods to precommit funding not to exceed $1,232,500 against its 2003/04 appropriations for the procurement of vaccine baits for the approved eradication program outlined in Annex IV of the Ministers’ submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
