Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to renew the existing liquor store lease in the Avalon Mall, St. John’s, from Atlantic Shopping Centres Limited, from August 1, 2003 to July 31, 2008, under the same terms and conditions as the existing lease with the exception of the rental rate which will increase from $18.00 to $19.50 per square foot per annum, and with the option to renew for another 5 year term under the same terms and conditions except the rental rate which will be negotiated at the time of renewal.
