Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to renew the existing liquor store lease and lease an additional 1,968 square feet of additional space in the Peninsula Mall, Marystown, from Marystown Shopping Centre Ltd., from September 1, 2003 to August 31, 2008, under the same terms and conditions as the existing lease, and with the option to renew for another 5 year term under the same terms and conditions except the rental rate which will be negotiated at the time of renewal.
