Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to give approval for the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Integrated Tax Coordination Agreement respecting the Harmonized Sales Tax revenue allocation formula, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
