Under the authority of section 40 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs the Newfoundland and Labrador Government Sinking Fund to pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amount of $77,589,000 accumulated from the wind-up of those sinking funds related to borrowings from the Canada Pension Plan.
