Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a lease convertible to a grant, for an area of Crown land not exceeding 893.580 square metres, situated at Happy Adventure, in the Electoral District of Terra Nova, to Happy Adventure Sea Products (1991) Ltd., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases.
