Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the lease of 5,880 square feet of office space for the Department of Industry, Trade and Rural Development, at 10 Hillcrest Road, Happy Valley/Goose Bay, from Goose Real Estate Limited, at a rental rate of $13.50 per square foot, $79,380.00 per annum, from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2006, under the existing terms and conditions.
