Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities as Part-Time Commissioners, effective May 22, 2003 for a three year term or until a replacement is named:

Reappointments

  i)  William John Finn;

 ii)  Fred Saunders;

iii)  Don Powell;

Appointment

 iv)  Gordon Seabright; and,

 2)  Approval was given for the expiration of the term of the appointment of Gerard Martin to be extended from October 21, 2005 to May 21, 2006.
