Under the authority of section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to amend subsection 3(2) of the “Home Heating Fuel Tax Credit Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to extend the period for applying for the home heating fuel rebate to September 30, 2003.
