Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(2) and section 8 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the categorization list of government entities, including a one time, two-year performance-based plan period for newly added entities to the categorization list, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
