Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, effective January 17, 2022, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, with three branches as follows:

a) Tourism,

b) Arts and Culture, and

c) Film, Television and Recreation.
