Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of two leases for 1,600 and 1,300 square feet of office space for the St. John’s Regional Health and Community Services Board in the Viking Building, with the Crosbie Group, under the same terms and conditions, except at an increased rental rate from $15.00 to $17.36 per square foot for a four-year term from October 1, 2003, to September 30, 2007, with an option to renew for a further five years under the same terms and conditions.
