Under the authority of section 8(1)(c) of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves that the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Board authorize the purchase of three graders for the communities of Rigolet, Postville and Hopedale at a cost of up to $660,000 (up to $220,000 each) out of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund on the condition that the communities be responsible for grading their airstrips and roads on an as required basis.
